2:36. ನಂತರ ರಾಜನು ಶಿಮ್ಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕರೆತರಲು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ರಾಜನು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಜೆರುಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸು. ಆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡು, ನಗರವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗದಿರು.

2:36. ಅರಸನು ಶಿಮ್ಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕರೆಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೂ ಹೋಗದೆ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರು.

2:36. Next the king summoned Shimei and told him, "Build yourself a house in Jerusalem and live there— but you may not leave there to go anywhere!
